Return & Cancellation Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of digital security consulting and the immediate delivery of educational materials, Florida Crypto Edu, LLC has established the following return and cancellation policies to ensure fairness and protect your security.
Completed Services All services are final once a consultation or implementation session has concluded. Because our services involve the transfer of proprietary security knowledge and intensive labor to build your digital infrastructure, we do not offer refunds for completed work.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Free Strategy Calls: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule. Clients who miss a free strategy call without prior notice forfeit their complimentary session and will need to book a paid consultation for future inquiries.
Virtual and In-Office Sessions: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund of any prepaid fees. Requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.
In-Home Concierge Services: Due to the travel, advanced preparation, and physical materials required, all deposits for in-home services are strictly non-refundable.
Physical Goods Physical products and organizational tools, such as The Master Key Binder, are custom-assembled for your unique security setup. These items are non-refundable and cannot be returned once the materials are personalized or handed over.
14-Day Correction Guarantee While we do not offer monetary refunds for completed sessions, your peace of mind is our priority. If you encounter a technical issue or discover an error with the infrastructure we built during your session, please contact us within 14 days. We will provide one complimentary 30-minute follow-up support call to correct the specific issue at no additional charge.
